GCT's SeaEagles Consortium embraces an open and collaborative business model that delivers mission-focused solutions by leveraging a COTS-first methodology.  This means that our solutions deliver rapid service capabilities to our customers by leveraging existing and mature components first drawn from COTS, GOTS, and/or the Open Source before making the decision to build custom components.  The diverse SeaEagles Consortium membership including Technology and Service Providers is complemented by GCT solution orchestration capabilities of many organizations with Lab infrastructure readiness for technology/solution training, testing, and demonstration are the corner stones to rapidly solving problems.
