• Architecture for NGA OGC Web Services Migration, ArcIMS Consolidation and Registry Implementation
  
• Enabling NGA data with OGC Web Services Compliant Interfaces
  
• Enterprise ArcIMS Consolidation supporting for Palanterra Services
  
• OGC Registry Implementation
  
• Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) activities related to the insertion of OGC Web Services compliant interfaces to Gateway/NDC datastores and the ArcIMS consolidation activities.
  

• Active TS/SCI level clearance required
  
• Expertise in implementing GIS/spatial database technologies
  
• Experience developing and implementing OGC Web Services, in particular WMS, WFS and CS-W
  
• Experience implementing and customizing ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server
  
• Familiarity with ISO TC/211 specifications
  
• Development of software on UNIX and PC platforms
  
• Experience working in a team environment
  
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Comfort in working with advanced computer hardware and software technology and databases
  
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
