• Active TS/SCI level clearance with a Lifestyle Polygraph required…NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
• Extensive intelligence analysis background with the ability to learn spatial analysis
  
• Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS and ERDAS
  
• Strong working knowledge of both raster and vector data types
  
• Experience with Oracle and MS Access
  
• Experience with both UNIX and Windows
  
• Experience with MSOffice Suite
  
• Providing support to Office of Military Affairs
  
• 25% travel (some international)
  
• 5+ years of experience developing custom tools preferred
  
• Knowledge of ArcObjects preferred
  
• Experience in geospatial analysis preferred
  
• Prior work in a systems engineering/software development capacity using statistics to perform in depth analysis preferred
  
• BS in Computer Science or related field required
