Job Description: GCT is looking for a RADAR Imagery Scientist with a current TS/SCI clearance to work on-site with our customer. This opportunity is focused on developing new techniques for extracting geospatial intelligence from all types of RADAR imagery products (SAR, IFSAR, LIDAR), including NTM, commercial, and airborne sources. The resultant business processes will be institutionalized within an analyst's workflow to affect mission critical requirements.
The successful candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance. Experience with ERDAS Imagine, MET, web services, XML, and geospatial data structures is a must, along with experience using NGA raster and vector data types in a GIS context. A working knowledge of ArcGIS, ENVI, RemoteView, SocketSet and Open GIS Consortium (OGC) standards is a plus, along with familiarity orthorectifiying and mosaicing imagery products.
GCT is looking for a candidate who can take responsibility for leading the Image Science practice area within the St. Louis area. This is a rapidly growing practice and requires a self-motivated leader to help manage the opportunity, as well as act as a mentor to junior staff. | |
