• Architecture for a national agency's OGC Web Services Migration, ArcIMS Consolidation and Registry Implementation
  
• Enabling a national agency's data with OGC Web Services Compliant Interfaces
  
• Enterprise ArcIMS Consolidation supporting for Palanterra Services
  
• OGC Registry Implementation
  
• Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) activities related to the insertion of OGC Web Services compliant interfaces to Gateway/NDC datastores and the ArcIMS consolidation activities.
  

• Active TS/SCI level clearance required
  
• Programming in HTML, XML and Apache (or other web servers)
  
• Strong database experience (4+ years)
  
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approaches, technologies and standards including XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI
  
• Familiarity with Web Development Programming Languages (e.g. JSP, ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, Java, .Net, CGI, Perl)
  
• Development of software on UNIX and PC platforms
  
• Experience working in a team environment
  
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Comfort in working with advanced computer hardware and software technology and databases
  
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
